Contact Form PLUGINS for WordPress

  I downloaded Contact Form 7 (http://ideasilo.wordpress.com/2007/04/30/contact-form-7/) , and am trying to test it on my WordPress blog before putting it on my website.

  I want to add a page and insert the contact form there.

  Is there a way for me to upload the plugin to my WordPress blog?

  No, WordPress.com does not allow you to upload plugins to your blog.

  If you have a self-hosted blog (not yourusername.wordpress.com) you can find help on how to do that at WordPress.org.
