  Hi there everyone,

  I have installed app themes to my wordpress website and wondering if anyone can help with the contact us form and the post ads form.

  This is the support forum for sites hosted on WordPress.com. If you are referring to a self-hosted WordPress.org install, which I believe you are, then you will have to seek help at the correct support forum, which is http://wordpress.org/support/
