Contact form problems

    Details from contact and other forms on our wordpress site are not being sent through to the email address on the account. Despite receiving one or two completed forms, all the test ones I have sent over the last couple of days have not been delivered. Is there any other way to access these details?

    Hi there,

    The contact form should be sending information to the email address listed in the General Settings on the blog. Have you checked to make sure the contact form emails aren’t being sent to your spam folder?

    I’ve just sent a test message – please check to see if you receive it.

    If not, you might want to delete this form and try setting up a new one. You can modify the email address where notifications are sent by choosing the “email notifications” tab to see if it is an issue with the email address itself.
