contact form problems

I recently lost and had to start rebuilding my website, I use headway themes and it was fine 8 years ago. this time has been a bit of a struggle, when I tried to load my contact form (‘Fast, Secure Contact Form’) the info (‘Your Name’, ‘Your e-mail’, etc.) didn’t show up, so I tried ‘Contact Form 7’ and the same thing happened. has this happened to anyone else? Do you know how to fix it?

I wasn’t even aware there was a blog for me, The site I need help with is http://www.lynmartinillustration.com I am also having issues with being unable to adjust the navigation block in Headway, you will see it is stuck at the bottom of the page, I tried once to move it to where it belongs above the gallery, but it was about 1.5 inches tall and looked really awkward, so I moved it back to the bottom, I haven’t been able to move it since.
