Contact Form question

  Is there anyway to block my site URL and my email from appearing in the contact form on my page? I’d really rather not have the information in there at all, but, more importantly, it’s showing the information from a different WP blog I have.

  Anyway to get rid of that appearing in the form on the page?

  Howdy!

  On the contact form only you can see your information. Nobody else can. As an example my WordPress contact information appeared:
