Contact Form Receipt

  Is there any way to have a receipt or confirmation that the contact form was sent through okay? Almost like a thank you note to let them know you’ll get back to them.

  Hi Lillian,

  After someone submits a contact form, in place of the form they’ll see a confirmation message that looks something like this: https://cloudup.com/cXzpG-MUpT6

  There isn’t a built-in way to customize that message, but it does confirm that the contact form was submitted successfully. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

  Hm, that doesn’t sound right. Can you try testing your contact form to see if you get that message? If you get it and others don’t, it’s possible that something in their browsers is blocking the message. But if it’s not working at all I’d be happy to investigate that for you! :)
