Contact form responses jumbled

  I am helping another WordPress.com user set up an enrolment form on their blog, based on the contact form. On a private test site [not the one linked to my avatar], it looks great – we have all the questions we want, and it’s easy to fill in, and the responses come through immediately by email.
  The only problem is that the questions get jumbled up, with random answers appearing in the email near the top and important ones further down.
  Is there some secret to the way that the contact form processes responses?
  I’d rather not post a link to the site as it belongs to someone else, but can provide further information if this is not clear.

  We Volunteers can’t help you and your friend with this issue. All deatils need to be reported by Staff by the user who is ecxperiencing them accompanied by links to examples that illustrate what you describe.

  timethief, many thanks. I had posted here, thinking it might be a known glitch that has a solution. But I will do as you suggest and contact staff with the details.
