Contact Form sends to wrong email address…need to update.

  I created a blog site for a friend. I changed the email address in General Settings to theirs but it keeps emailing me when I run a test through Contact Form. How do I change it so the site ownership is only them?

  They are listed as Administrator and it shows their address following acceptance as a user. What next?

  You’ll need to edit the specific and change the email address that it sends to, or change the author of the post/page the form is one. Unless an address is specified in the form, it will send to the post/page author.
