contact form — stop my own info from appearing in fields?

  in a contact form, how do I stop my own name and my own email address from appearing in faint lettering in the “name” and “email” fields? i am in custom twenty eleven template, using it essentially a static page on every page. thanx

  Hi there,

  This is injected by your browser, actually, so when I go to your contact form, I see my name and email address, for example. So your users will see their own names, not yours. Does that help? I believe that the functionality is part of the code, specifically so that users will understand what SHOULD be put in the field. Does that make sense?
