Contact Form Submit directing to another page

    I would like to have users enter a contact form before downloading a file from my site. I’m trying to use a contact form for this, and would like to have another page with the file download appear when the user hits <Submit>. The default seems to be to send an email to the admin, and I don’t know how it is possible to use the contact form to “gate” a download, or if there is another method to do this?
