Contact form that won't store the content on the platform?

    Is it possible to add a property to the contact form so that whatever is sent is never stored and thus not accessible via the admin panel?

    I would like to add a contact form where visitors can contact their representative. The content of these emails must not be stored/accessible by the wordpress admin/me.

    My question is about hosted wordpress.com sites only.
