Contact form trouble

  I have set up my form, but instead of blank boxes for people to input their contact details, mine show instead. Is this right, and can I fix it so they don’t show? Thank you to anyone out there!

  The contact form on your new site is working fine. You’re only seeing your details because you’re still logged in to WordPress.com. Others won’t see your details.
