Contact form under Contact menu (Top nav)

  I try to put the contact form I created right under the contact menu on the top nav. how can I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You will need to create a page (Pages ->Add New) and create a contact form on that page. You then assign that page to the contact tab on your menu.
