  Hello

  I have contact page. I would like to be able to add an attach file field to the contact form. Is this possible?

  That is not functionality that WordPress.com offers at this time.

  You may want to set up a junk or throwaway email address that you are willing to publish publicly for people to email files.

  In addition, this is something that you could probably accomplish with a self-hosted WordPress.org site and a plugin. However, you would need to go through the trouble and expense of setting up a self-hosted site.
