contact form visible details

  Hi,
  I am inputting contact forms on my posts but when I preview them, the fields are showing my details of subscription in wordpress.com !
  for example, in the name field, I have my username
  and email, my email address !
  how can I delete them from the outcome of my contact form ?

  Don’t Worry!
  No-one else will be able to see that!
  Let me explain:
  1. When you go to see your Contact Form via your site, It shows YOUR details because it acts like you’re a visitor and AUTOFILL it for you.It’s logged into YOUR account
  2. So, when OTHERs come to your site it will AUTOFILL for THEIR details, not yours
  3. No-one will see your details, so don’t stress! They will see theirs, or will have to complete it themselves
  4. If you don’t believe me, try it. Log out of your WordPress account and visit your contact form, you details will not be there!
