contact form vs comment

    Hi everybody

I have a question about how is possible to write sombody else`s comment (I am the owner of the blog), if the person confused my contact form bellow the post with a comment form.

I dont want to tell him to post it in the comment form because I have a lot of posts with a contact form bellow and Ill have to do that every time somebody is writing in it instead of comment form.

    So,
can I write his comment made throught contact-form to the discussion (is in my email)?
(but he has to appear as owner of that comment)
and Can I change de layout of the contact form to appear as the layout of the contact form? It seems they like better this king of form where thay see they can put the name and website for their comments.

    Thank you,
    Monica

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

First off, I would not put a contact form at the bottom of posts mainly for the exact reason you mention: confusion. Make a separate page for the contact form and then if you want you can put a link to the contact form page at the bottom of the posts.

To move the comment, log out of wordpress and go to the post and enter the commenter’s information and the comment and then submit it.

With the contact form – or the comments section for that matter – if someone has a wordpress.COM blog, and they are logged in when they go to your page to leave a comment, or use the contact form, wordpress knows who they are so they will fill that information in for them (the fields will not be there).

If they do not have/are not logged into a wordpress.COM account, then they will see the fields and they will have to enter that information.

Comments will help your blog get hits. Contact forms won’t do that. In case that matters to you.
