Contact Form with New Layout

  Hello.
  I am here to inquire about the contact form regarding the new layout.
  There used to be an Add Poll, Media, and Form buttons on the post page but I can’t seem to find them now.
  Any replies would be appreciated.

  Try adding the Contact Form via your site’s Dashboard, here:
