Contact Form won't display

  I’m trying to add a contact form, the one that is offered when you start a new post. Everytime I try to add it, it does not work. Please help :)

  Yes. The shortcode either doesn’t show or it doesn’t show properly. So I’m left with a blank page. Or it says it cannot find it.

  If you copy and paste the shortcode it may not work. Please try typing the shortcode instead.
