Contact Form Zapier Integration (WP.com Business Site)

Suggestion: Somehow integrate the contact form with Zapier so that we can use it to connect an email service provider of choice (or other 3rd party).
Right now the only way to do it is to add a link which is a bit klunky because it forces the reader to a separate page. Ideally it would be nice to have a dimmed pop up box for the contact form. Something like what Gumroad offers.
I would like to be able to insert opt-in forms (contact forms) and have it be connected to an email service provider like ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, or others. All these service offer plugins but thay can not be used.
Perhaps it is possible to offer a universal way of connecting 3rd party services by using the existing contact form and Zapier.
It seems that ActiveCampaign has integrated Zapier right into their service as well as MailChimp and others. Zapier already works with some WordPress functions but might need to be adjusted for WP.com
Active Campaign offered a work around for this and it gave me the idea that perhaps it could be improved upon with a direct integration.
