  Hi,
  I have a for on my About Us Page, http://www.forfrockssake.co.uk/about . My problem is that I do not seem to get any notifcation that anyone has completed the form.
  Also, is there anywhere that I can design an automatic reply to a form being submitted?

  You can set up which email address the feedback gets emailed to through the form editor.

  There’s no way to create an autoresponder in our system, but you could set up an email address for the form that sends an autoresponse. Most email systems offer an autoresponder in the form of a vacation message, but you can edit the message to say whatever you’d like.
