Contact forms

Can I put two contact forms on the same page? Or is there a problem with the ‘add a contact form’ button which doesn’t seem to work.

I’ve been trying to add a second contact form and having no luck when I go to display the page, none of my form is there.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Since All contact forms on a blog go to the same email, I’m not sure why you would need two. Can you explain in more detail?

You can choose which email they go to in the email settings of the contact form, but I use them as forms to gather info e.g. training bookings etc. I wish to create a page with 2 versions of a similar form one for new users and one for exisiting users but I can’t and I wondered if it was a bug or not possible.

I don’t think WordPress ever though of someone wanting two contact forms on one page, but you might be able to do this with a little trickery.

Create two pages and configure the two contact forms in those pages (don’t publish them). Next, switch to the “text” tab on each of those pages and copy out the code and add it to the contact page that you want to publish (don’t publish the two working pages with the separate contact forms in them). and then save and preview that page. If both contact forms show up, then you are probably good to go. If one of them is stripped out during the save, then that would mean it is a no go.

You will have to edit the two contact forms in their original draft pages and then replace the code in your actual page. You will not be able to edit in the published page, unless you edit it by hand in the “text” tab.
