However, I’d like to clarify that your site seems to be hosted with another hosting provider and uses the free, open-source version of WordPress. Due to this, we’re limited in our ability to assist directly, as our managed hosting platform only allows us to investigate and address issues on sites hosted directly with WordPress.com.
If you’re considering more hands-on support and management for your site, we offer our own managed hosting service that comes with an array of benefits, robust infrastructure, and direct support. You can find out more about what we offer here: https://wordpress.com/hosting/

Since your site is powered by the open-source version of WordPress, you can find assistance by asking for help in the community support forums specifically meant for that version. They are in the best position to assist with your query: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
I hope this helps, and please let us know if you have any other questions.
