  Can I put more than one contact form on a webpage? I have several groups listed on one page and I would like a contact form for each. In my initial trails I can only put one contact form on the page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, you can put one contact form per page.
  So make different pages for each contact group.

  Or add fields to the one contact form for folks to choose which group they want to be in.
