Why am I not receiving emails through my Contact Form?

  I created a “CONTACT US” page for my blogsite. There, I generated a contact form. Whenever someone attempts to contact me I am not notified. Emails or notifications should be sent to “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”, but this is evidently not happening.

  Can you please check your spam folder? If you don’t see anything there, try whitelisting @wordpress.com in your email client.

  For now, you can also see all of the emails via the Feedbacks section of your blog’s Dashboard.

  Noting in spam.

  I’ve also tested it with my own email. Not going through.

  Hi Brian,

  It appears that your contact form is set up so that the emails are being directed to a different email address. Can you try editing the email address that is in your contact form by going to your Pages > Contact Us > clicking on Edit > and changing the HTML to:

  [contact-form subject="RFI" to="(email visible only to moderators and staff)"]
