Contact Forms Lost

  Hello,

  We seem to have lost some contact forms and are also not being notified when they are submitted. Is there a way to view these lost forms somewhere? It is vital to an upcoming project we are doing to have all the contact forms. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
