Contact forms not showing AND image slider not working

    Hello. None of the contact forms are showing up. None fo them. I’ve tried using the contact form, the appointment form, or the newsletter form. NONE work and all leave the text ‘[contact-form]‘ on my page only. The forms come up while in edit mode but whehn i select save and go to view my site, the contact forms disappear leaving the text ‘[contact-form]‘ only.

    In addition, I have placed an image slider on my page. The images are only showing up in the edit mode and not the published mode. When I save and go to view the site, the images are not there and there is a long horizontal scroll to reach the right arrow.

    Please correct these bugs. Thank you

    I checked the contact page at https://shaniacodes.wordpress.com/contact/, but the form there is working correctly for me.

    Can you please share links to the pages where the forms aren’t working, and also to the page containing the image slider? Then I can take a look at what’s going on.
