Contact forms won’t send from a password protected page

  Why won’t any of my contact forms send from my protected page? If I make the page public, the contact forms work just fine.

  The website is maidtocleanlincoln.com. Scroll to the bottom to the Employee Portal, click the button. Page should be password protected with 1234. Neither of the forms send from that page when it is set to password protected.
