CONTACT FORM/SUPPORT
-
This is the worse, most roundabout “support” or so-called help page I have EVER seen in life. I click contact support and there’s no way to CONTACT support. Seriously?
Can someone tell me how to email WordPress support – you know those people who are suppose to help you fix and figure stuff out on the site? The most direct route possible is greatly appreciated as I have clicked on EVERY link and found not only no answer to my question but NO support or a way to reach them. Allegedly there is a contact form for support somewhere – if you’ve ever used it or know how to get to it please help.I like WordPress as a blog site – don’t get me wrong – but I wish sites would consider that every now and then an issue may come up that either can’t be FAQ’d or might be hard to resolve and they should therefore be easier to reach.
Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

LET ME ALSO ADD THAT http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ does NOT send you to any thing that in any way shape or form lets you contact support. -_- It’s a very un-supportive contact link.

I’m sorry the support information has not been updated. Note that since the support form has been closed there is an increased Staff presence here on these peer support forums. It’s common to wait for 24 hours on other blogging support forums to get an answer. On these peer support foums initail response takes place within minutes. It’s only a matter of hours before threads with issues Volunteers cannot deal with are in Staff hands.
Please post what you need help with into this thread.

I’m getting new and/or delayed notifications sent to the original email address I signed up with. I changed the email address about a month ago I think and it is STILL sending stuff to an address that I have checked – many times – that is no longer anywhere on the account…
Can you stop it or tell me how to fix it because it’s annoying and the original email address will be deleted soon…. -
Make sure that you have changed both email addresses at Settings -> General and Users -> Personal Settings in your blog’s Dashboard.
-
i did….that’s the whole point of it being a problem. Like I did all of that and I’m not sure why it’s still not getting the picture to NOT send it to an email that’s no longer on the account. I changed it everywhere I could put my email address…it’s still a problem that it sends things to an address that’s no longer part of /connected to this account for what I have control over to fix….

FOUND IT! and it wasn’t in that path you sent either…..i went to my dashboard clicked settings and general is the first page that pops up and there it was…. when i click the stuff you said it took me to another setting page where i already made changes…..thanks either way tho. let’s see if this works.

I did mention “Make sure that you have changed both email addresses at Settings -> General”
Is that not where you found it?
-
I dont know. I didn’t understand what you said you said general and users – those are two different links from how I would describe it…. Clicked two different links and found it in one and not the other. Sorry for the misunderstanding, you did help and thank you.
