  Today a client told me she had send a mail, using the “contact form” i’ve posted on my franselespapillons.wordpress.com but I did not get this mail. I don’t know now how many mails i’ve missed. how can I solve this problem?

  Are you sure you do not find the contact form response in your feedback management area as described here? https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ Please check https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/#feedback-management

  Also make sure that you have not blocked email receipt at the bottom of this page please https://wordpress.com/me/notifications

  Hi @kristelbaert,

  It looks like several form submissions have been sent to your email address correctly over the past few days. Can you take a look at the submissions here and let me know if you received notifications for the top three (from April 2nd)?
