  Hi there,

  My payment is denied. Im trying to use a visa, why is it being denied. I need to get this dealt with, or I’ll have to use a different web building platform.

  Yesterday my website was running perfectly. Today it won’t load? I cant load from any computer or device, it keeps crashing.

  What could be the issue?

  How you are connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com?
  The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. Also note that the main dashboard isn’t designed to work with touch devices through the tablet and smartphone browsers.

  If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

  Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html

  If you are, please do these four things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

  2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

  3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

  If you are not successful let us know which browser (and version of it) you’re using and post any error reports you get.

  Hold it! I just did some investigating and avalanchewise.ca Is Hosted by ThePlanet.com. I’m sorry but you have posted to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with that site as it’s not being hosted by WordPress.com and we run on different software. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.

  my resume page is showing up on the dashboard but not online. i published it. i even deleted the whole page and redid it. Still nothing online. i am counting on word press to help me since i don’t code and am not familiar with savvy computer tech terms. other pages have loaded perfect but for some reason, not this one.
