I am TRYING for the second year to cancel this @#$@#$ auto renewal. Your support site is absolutely circular. I have gone to the help site, found I need to go to purchases, but the only thing I see there is an offer to upgrade. Yes, I tried following that to find it, and I couldn’t. HOW do I extricate myself from your web, WordPress? I want to cancel my domains and my sites.
And now that I have typed this, I see this isn’t even going to a support person, it’s a forums question. I forgot about WP being a community. Sigh. Okay, somebody help me.

I don’t see any upgrades in your account. If you purchased upgrades using a different username, you need to be logged in as that username to cancel them. You are also being redirected to the forums because you’re using a free account. Email and live chat support are only available if you’re logged in as an account that owns an upgrade.
Can you tell me what the URL of your site is, and the domains that you want to cancel? Then I might be able to tell you the username you used to buy them.
Or if you know what your other username is and can log in as that account, please reply here using the correct username and confirm exactly which upgrades you want to cancel and I’d be happy to do it for you.
Please note that if you cancel a domain you give up ownership of it and might not be able to register it again somewhere else. If you still want to use your domains, but with a different provider, we recommend transferring them instead of cancelling.
