Contact Info Widget not available for Catchevolution Theme?

  The Contact Info Widget is not showing when I search for widgets in the Catchevolution Theme. Can I incorporate a Contact Form via CSS?

  If you’re speaking of the same site as in this thread: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/design-upgrade-doesnt-work?replies=1, then WordPress.com widgets are not available for WordPress.org sites.
