  Aloha, I have created a contact page with google map and related information but for some reason the email intake information area shows up with places to insert – name, email address, etc but now the wording over these boxes has disappeared. Can you please help

  If so, the wording above each box is showing up for me. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies and seeing if it works for your then.
