Contact information not editable

I have a contact information block at the bottom of my page that I cannot find to delete or update. It was made about a year ago before WordPress.com updated their editing software.
How do I find the source for this information to either edit or delete it? I have no idea where it is coming from, as it does not show up on a block in the editor, but does show up on live pages. I also cannot find the info to be able to update email address, hours etc.
