Contact link placement

I’m testing out the Penscratch 2 theme for a new site and note that the contact link seems to be located, by default, at the top of the page or post. Is there a way to move or even delete it? Thanks for any help you can provide.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello @marschallarts,

Are you talking about the Contact link in the main navigation of the site (the horizontal list of text links between the thin, light grey bars above and below)?

If so, you can remove it by altering the contents of the main navigation. Just go to the Customizer and then click Menus and then Primary. You can delete it from there.

You can learn more about customizing your Menu here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

If this isn’t what you meant, can you take a screenshot of your test site and post it here for further assistance?

Thanks for getting back to me about this!

Yes — I think that’s what I’m referring to. I think the problem was that I was trying to delete the contact link from a post vs. a page. When I deleted the link from my main page, boom! The contact link disappeared. I plan to migrate this page to a paid site and I know I can add a contact widget if I need one, but now the draft looks the way I want it to look.

    Thanks again!
