  your support is a joke that it just routes you to forums! I want to stop hosting my domain with wordpress and point it to my website builder on GoDaddy

  Paid plans get email and/or live chat with staff but you do need to be logged in to the correct account in the first place. This brand new account won’t be connected to your domain. What is the full URL in question.
