Speak up here please as there is no phone support. Only those with the Business Upgrade have live chat support.
http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/wordpress-business/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/This is a peer support forum where Staff and Volunteers work together cooperatively to provide WordPress.com support. Emailing support means it takes longer to get an answer than posting to the support forums does.
Volunteers answer the majority of all support questions and when we cannot provide support we tag threads for Staff assistance.
We are happy to answer your WordPress.COM questions right here in this thread. Please simply post exactly what you need help with into this thread, knowing there’s rarely ever a question posted here that has not already been asked and answered.

In the event you are looking for specifics about upgrades, see here for details of all 3 plans http://store.wordpress.com/bundles/ offered by WordPress.com.
See here for details in regard to all available upgrades. http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/
See here for ecommerce details http://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/

A self-hosted WordPress site might be right for you. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database. Learn about the differences here. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Store > My Upgrades
Your billing history will be at Dashboard > Store > Billing History
Your options for payment are found here http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/ -
When I make a new post and view it immediately after there are some inconsistencies as to when I view it later. For example, the title of my post disappears and the images get smaller when going back later to view the posts.

That sounds like a connectivity issuer or a browser related issue. In order to help you we need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through what follows and report back.

That is a link to a dynamic category page for all posts in your blog that are assigned to that category.
Pages and posts http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ are not the same.
Pages and dynamic category pages are not the same either but please read on. http://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/
Among the most common misconceptions is that bloggers fail to understand is
(1) there is only one page we can post to in any blog and
(2) the static pages http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ they create do not automatically update.Only the dynamic pages like Categories, Tags and Archives created by the software when we publish a post we that we have assigned Categories and Tags to will update automatically update with new posts.
By default the front page of the blog is the post that displays all posts in your blog. Though there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts (not pages) http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ and we cannot post to more than that one page, we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page.
We organize posts by assigning categories to them. You can create a custom menu and add the dynamic categories pages into the custom menu.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-category-pages
http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#changing-the-order-creating-sub-menusRead this carefully http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2010/06/30/posts-on-pages/
There are many common errors, misunderstandings and misconceptions when creating custom menus and there are some tweaks you can use to improve your custom menu as well.

I’m not sure how these links are suppose to help me after reading the first two you gave me. I’m not asking what the difference between a page and a post are and I’m not asking how to categorize my posts. I will keep reading through the links and hopefully something in there will help.
-
You said that http://photosynthphoto.wordpress.com/category/wedding-photography/ “It’s supposed to say “Brie and Jeff’s Wedding”
For each individual wedding your need to create a post and assign the “wedding photography” category to it. Then they will appear on that dynamic category page.
-
I did assign it to that category. Again, the title I assigned to the post does not appear. That’s the problem I’m having.
-
I’m wondering if this could be a post formats issue.
You are creating Asides rather than Standard format posts.
Standard post format posts do display titles.
Aside post format post do not display titles.Edit the post and change the post format to “Standard”.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/post-formats/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-formats/Note: If you always create your posts on the dashboard of your own blog at Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add New
http://photosynthphoto.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
and the post will be Standard post format unless you change it. -
