  Is there a number I can contact to reach any form of live support? This is very frustrated.

  There is no phone support at WordPress.com but if you have purchased an upgraded plan you should be able to access live chat here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/

  If you do not have an upgraded plan, you can always post your questions here and add the word modlook to the tag box on the right to get the attention of a staff member.

  I changed my email address on my word press website, it would not accept my password so I can no longer enter my site via admin , trying to get a new password is difficult because the link is asking me for a password?

  What is the URL for the website in question?

  If your website is a WordPress.com hosted site and you are unable to recall your username, password and email, you can attempt to recover your account is through Account Recovery process available here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  If you’re unable to provide any of the required information, you will unfortunately not be able to regain access to your account.
