  I have a contact form (Contact Nurse Annie) on which people are asked to summarize their question in a box and their question will be sent to my E-MAIL box. How can I prevent people from commenting on the screen and ‘make’ them submit their comment via e-ail? ON THIS ONE PAGE ONLY??
