Contact – or lack of!

Given this is a web based site how come it’s the most awkward thing to use if you just want to contact someone! Is it me? as there doesn’t seem to be any obvious way of actually talking to anyone when you just want to answer a question – it doesn’t make sense at all! What website doesn’t have customer support email or any means of getting a question answered other than an open forum….crazy!
