  How can make a contact page for contacting the visitor to admin of blog?

  Go to Dashboard > write > write pages and in the column on the right under “page template” select “contact” from the pulldown. Title the page in the box at the top and add an greeting or explanation in the page content field. Click “publish” and you are done.

  Very few themes (Mistylook is an exception) have contact page templates. So if you have a theme that does not have a “contact” page template you can make one using this method http://faq.wordpress.com/2007/05/13/how-do-i-make-a-contact-form/
