I have other blogs, each a different theme. when I go in and change my ‘contact’ information, it flips back to my first blogs name and info. how can I keep them separate?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

Where are you changing your contact information?

where it has: home, about, contact.
its not for the blog showing up heroes: “the blog i need help with is…”
that one is correct, that is my first blog in which the information (name and website) are displayed on my other blogs. I want my blogs kept separate, eat with its own “name and website” in the “contact” section. is it possible?

Blogs do not have a standard contact section. I presume you might be referring to a Contact Form.

I have other blogs, each a different theme. when I go in and change my ‘contact’ information, it flips back to my first blogs name and info. how can I keep them separate?

I don’t know. I’m unfamiliar with the new editor version of this form, and the information about it the Contact Form support page.

I’ll add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic to call for staff attention.

  • Hi folks

I’m wondering — do you mean your contact information is automatically filled into the form?

If so, that’s totally normal. You are logged in, so our system fills out the form for you. So when I’m logged in and looking at your site, I see my own information in the form.

Your users will not see your name and email address there. They’ll see their own, or the form will be blank so they can fill it out. And when they submit the form, it will be sent to you.

    I hope that helps.
