A Contact page was already installed with the Theme I chose. But how do I get my name, website and email removed from the spaces that are to be used by any sender?

Your information only shows to you because you are logged in to WordPress.com. Other users will not see your information. Other logged-in WordPress.com users will see their own information already filled in for them. Otherwise the form will appear blank.

All you would need to do is log out of WordPress, then look up your site. That would show you how it appears to others, since you aren’t logged in.
