  FOr some reason my contact page is not visible to the public and I would like to change the setting to open each page in a new window but I cant remember how to do that.

  Did you resolve this issue after posting your question? I’m asking because I do see the Contact option in your menu. When it opens, it allows the ability to input/send contact info.
