Contact Page
-
Hi, My contact form has been failing to send all my messages to my email for the last few months. I would say roughly 1 out of every 8 make it to my inbox. I found this out by customers calling and saying they emailed but never heard from me. I logged on and looked at my ‘feedback’ tab and found 20+ new messages that I never received. I have updated to the latest version of wordpress, removed and reinstalled the contact form via the wordpress ‘add contact form’ tab. I am at a loss at this point on how to ensure my messages make their way to me. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!

Hi There-
Have you looked in your spam/junk folders to see if the messages are getting there?
Also, I just check your site to try and send you a contact form, but didn’t see one. Can you let me know what the correct website is, and I will send you one.
Thanks

Ok just sent you a reply to your contact form.
Also noticed your site is self-hosted by Bluehost.
You can get better help here:
https://wordpress.org/support/WordPress.com support forums are for those who have their sites hosted by WordPress.
Here are the differences for your reference:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/There might be something going on with your contact form plugin, theme or site itself. I would post at the WordPress.org and see what they say.
Good Luck.

I have checked my junk and spam folders and there are none in there. I even went so far as to each specific email addresses in my email that were listed on my feedback page. Nothing pulled up for them.
Here is a direct link to my contact page!

Hi there,
inspirephotographybyhillary.com is hosted by BlueHost
Name Servers:
ns2.bluehost.com
ns1.bluehost.comWe cannot help you. This is WordPress.COM support and that site is not on our servers.
We do not provide support for local installs of WordPress.ORG software, or for WordPress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to WordPress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites WordPress.COM account page. However, about 30% of those who post here every day are posting to the wrong support forum and must be redirected to the correct support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
wordpress.org support
The wordpress.ORG support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support. The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org

However, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
