Contact Page and Another Page The Same

    Okay so I have a country music blog on my WordPress. I have
    Home, About, Contact, and Country Music News and Lifestyle. Well it seems to be that my Contact Page and my Country Music News And Lifestyle Page are the same thing, when I click either one they bring up the same page. If anyone knows what I may have done wrong, this is incredibly frustrating I deleted some things so I may have deleted something important. Please and thank you in advance

    I’ve also tried deleting and re-doing the contact page and it doesn’t seem to work.

    It sounds like you may have set a “static front page”?

    Refer to the link below for the steps and images as reference to get to the static front page setting. Look for the sentence starting with, “To designate your static homepage……”

    The third image from the sentence “To designate your static homepage, go to My Sites → Customize → Static Front Page:”, look at your settings and see if you have the “Posts page” drop down set to the Contact page. If you do, remove it by changing the drop down to “– Select –“.

    To the right of that panel, you should see a preview of your site and it should look like your regular contact page you set up. If so, press the “Save & Publish” button so your changes apply.

    Now, when you refresh your site, the contact page should appear correctly.
