Contact Page and Subscriptions

  I have launched my blog site with a contact page (using the Contact Form 7 Plugin). I know people have tried to send me comments but I’m not receiving them. Also, people who have subscribed to the blog are not getting emails when I blog new posts. Any idea what I’m doing wrong??
