Contact page default content

    The contact page which provides space for the visitor to send us the contact details is currently showing author’s own details. how to erase that?

    Hi, I have experience a similar problem, but then found that this only happens when I am logged in as the author. When I am logged out the boxes are empty.

    On the other hand, I am experiencing another problem with the contact form of the free version, and that, even when I am logged out it displays HTML wording underneath the contact form. I will post this question separately.

    mitraynamah – as allattaccobambini mentioned, the contact form pre-fills certain details when a WordPress.com user is logged in. So for example, if I’m logged in, I would see my own name and email pre-filled.
