contact page on my site picks up my own information; name, email address, etc.

  would like to have a clean contact page.

  Howdy –

  This is because you are signed in to your account. When I view your contact form it shows me my information.

  Your information is not going to be shown to anyone else, as viewers will see their own info there.

  Let me know if you have any other questions.
