Contact page won't update when edited

When I first created my contact page, I wrote the wrong information in the field label boxes (I thought it wanted *my* information, not the actual label – silly me). Anyway, I have subsequently edited the page at least a dozen times. Each time, I get the usual “page updated” message in the green banner and am shown the properly edited page. However, when I use the Preview button, or go to the actual site, the changes are not showing up. So somehow my edits are not being saved/stored/whatever. I have screen shots if that helps. How can I fix this? I don’t want to advertise the site until I get this fixed, obviously, and have an event on Saturday!

I don’t know what field labels you are wanting on your contact form. But when I look at the one online it has the standard fields – Name, Email Address, Website, and Comment.
Are you perhaps seeing the auto fill of your own information in the actual fields? That is automatically filled in for any viewer if the page if they are logged into WordPress.com. When I visit your site while I am logged in, I see my information filled in. Any visitor to your site will see empty fields if they are not logged in to WordPress.
If not could you post the screen shot as an image on your site and post the URL so we can see the issue.
